What browsers are supported by the P&WC Customer portal?

Generally speaking, popular internet browsers are supported. Our portal is optimized to run with Microsoft's IE7 and IE8 browsers. Using browsers such as Google's Chrome and Mozilla's Firefox browsers should produce similar results as with IE browsers.

Why isn't P&WC optimizing its Portal for browsers other than IE?

The significant majority of our customers are presently using IE as their first choice of browser. We continue to monitor usage closely and we will adjust our optimization strategy in line with our Customer's choices.

Why should I sign up for the Customer Portal?

Firstly, we have updated the architecture, navigation and look & feel of the Customer Portal to make it easier and faster to find what you are looking for.

Secondly, it will allow you to process routine transactions with us on your schedule in a quick and efficient fashion.

We have new functionalities under development which will increase the scope of what you will be able to do on the Customer Portal. New functionalities are continuing to be formulated to improve both the speed and ease of doing business with P&WC. Stay tuned for future announcements regarding new portal applications.
