To Register to the P&WC Customer Portal

To Access the P&WC Extranet Application(s):

Users will be provided with the P&WC Extranet Application URL, username and password once the registration request has been approved and processed.

The First time you access the customer portal:

Your username is your current EBC site user name.

Your password will be provided to you by your P&WC customer representative.

After logging in to the P&WC eBusiness Solutions Portal, you will be prompted to login to the P&WC and Related Applications Login Page. The userid will automatically be filled in. You must fill in your password. ENTER YOUR CURRENT EBC SITE PASSWORD INTO THIS BOX AND PRESS CONTINUE.

Once you have entered your password, you will receive the following notice, "Please Note: Your Portal password has been changed to match your SAP password." That means the password you enter to log on to the portal has been changed to the same password you enter to access the EBC site. Next time you log on to the P&WC eBusiness Solutions Portal, enter your username and current EBC site password. You will now be taken directly into the P&WC eBusiness Solutions Portal.

If the portal redirects you to the P&WC and Related Applications Login Page, simply re-enter your new password and click "Continue." This will log you in to the P&WC eBusiness Solutions Portal.

Note that if you want to benefit from any of the customizable options, you must first login to the portal.
