Need access to the Employee Portal?

If you are a P&WC employee, you may already have access to the P&WC employee portal. Use your Novell user name and password you always use to login to your laptop or desktop. These are also known as your LDAP user name and password.

When P&WC employees need access to the P&WC employee portal or a specific application executed in the portal, they need to submit an ITS Security Access request (formerly called 1309).

For security purposes, when P&WC employees need to access one of the P&WC portals externally from the internet, they need to use their SecureID card (blue and red metallic card with the changing numbers). The usage of the SecurID card does not apply when you are accessing those portals from the internal network (any UTC facilities) or when you are already connected via iPASS. Employees needing to access the portal remotely and who do not have a SecureID card need to submit an ITS Security Access request (formerly called 1309).

The electronic form to submit the request can be found in one of the 2 following places:

  • By accessing the Information Technology Services (ITS) Intranet main page with the name "Security access request";
  • By clicking on the Lotus Notes Workspace tab using the database "ITS Security access".

These types of requests are subject to the regular approval process for security accesses. If help is needed to fill these requests, you can refer to the Service Delivery Coordinator (SDC) for your organization which you can find when raising the request.
